Job Description

You will own a book of business from post-sale handoff through renewal and expansion, deeply understanding customers’ business objectives and organizational structure to demonstrate how products deliver outcomes. You'll identify opportunities for product safety and stewardship services within customer businesses, developing relationships with senior leadership teams to expand services within existing accounts. Identify and mobilize product champions within the client’s user base by rallying internal teams to ensure swift resolution of their issues. Proactively monitor account health, develop user/usage growth plans and accurately forecast the sales pipeline and expansion opportunities. Plan and manage renewal activity and price adjustments that result in meeting/exceeding account growth targets, partnering with internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment. Help customers unlock value from our offering by conducting quarterly business reviews and providing feedback on product roadmap, pricing strategies, and go-to-market efforts.
