About the Role:
- You will own the end-to-end patient communication experience for dental practices.
- Your mission is to build intelligent, automated systems that make patient engagement personal and effortless.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute full-lifecycle communication strategies across all channels.
- Lead the development of AI-first features that automate outreach and improve patient outcomes.
- Engage directly with dental practices to uncover pain points and co-create AI solutions.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Product Management experience in fast-growing startups, ideally SaaS or HealthTech.
- Proven track record of building and shipping AI-powered features into production.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic communication skills.
