Job Summary:
- Assist with projects within Ventra’s in-house corporate legal department.
- Perform legal research, review contracts, and manage state filings.
- Support various legal and compliance related projects.
Essential Functions:
- Review and log customer and vendor agreements.
- Draft confidentiality agreements, vendor contracts, and customer contracts.
- Manage state filings and business licenses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and currently pursuing a Juris Doctorate.
- Contract review and healthcare related experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and ethical standards.
