Technical Account Manager I

Accountabilities:

• Provide advanced technical support by partnering with product and engineering teams to investigate and resolve complex customer issues.
• Monitor customer interactions, manage escalations, and advocate for customer needs internally.
• Conduct technical account reviews, onboarding sessions, and training programs to accelerate adoption.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, pre-sales engineering, or customer success engineering.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, including executive-level engagement.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
