Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager with Strive Pharmacy, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful customer relationships by providing exceptional support through personalized care and data-driven information. In alignment with Sales counterparts, you will drive revenue through the growth and expansion of territories while pushing providers and clinics towards achievement of their outlined goals.
Key responsibilities include cultivating strong relationships with prescribers and key stakeholders, collaborating with internal teams to support sales efforts, regularly presenting data to identify clinic needs, proactively addressing customer concerns, promoting territory growth, and utilizing HubSpot CRM to track customer interactions.
