Job Description

As the Client Success Manager you will play a key role on the AlterCall team, since the clients are core to the AlterCall business. The Client Success Manager is a critical contact point for the clients. The roles includes Scaled Customer Success Strategy, Renewal and Retention Management, and Customer Engagement.

Responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing client lifecycle phases, partnering cross-functionally with various teams, influencing product direction, owning the renewal pipeline, managing contracts, monitoring customer success metrics, and acting as an escalation point for resolving issues.
