Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned configuration tasks across Core HR, workforce structures, self-service, and related HCM modules.
- Support configuration migration and validation across the platform's non-production environments.
- Build and execute test scripts; log, track, and retest defects.
Required Skills:
- US Citizenship and active Public Trust clearance required.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in HCM, ERP, or enterprise application configuration or support role.
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle Cloud HCM coursework or certification.
- Federal HR or federal IT program experience.
- Basic SQL.
