Play a critical role in shaping an exceptional employee experience, fostering a high-performance culture, and developing strong, effective leaders. Work closely with managers across the organization, equipping them with the tools, guidance, and support they need to lead high-impact teams. Support initiatives that foster connection, pride, and an environment where Virtans can do their best work. Partner with leaders in assigned business units to understand their goals and provide HR solutions that align with objectives. Support leaders in proactively managing employees by providing guidance on performance, development, and workplace issues. Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and driving engagement initiatives that foster a positive work culture. Support performance management, goal-setting, and coaching while identifying training needs and partnering with the HRBP and Employee Experience teams to implement solutions. Build and deliver targeted training sessions that complement Virta’s leadership development programming and enhance manager skills, knowledge, and confidence.
