Your Role:
- Own the enablement experience for customers adopting am:pm.
- Work directly with property management teams to design and embed new workflows.
- Build trust fast and drive adoption through relationships.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, practical training for property managers and operational teams.
- Build and maintain high-quality documentation and playbooks to scale future engagements.
- Partner with customer champions and directors to establish an AI center of excellence.
Your Experience:
- Hands-on experience using AI tools, agents, and workflow automation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
