Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead design and technical implementation decisions and guide key stakeholders to ensure high standards and robust order processing.
- Mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and drive adoption of engineering best practices including AI tooling.
- Work with Product Managers to gather requirements and support software from ideation to release and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of overall software development experience with Java and Spring Boot, event-driven architectures, and AWS.
- Strong experience with microservice architecture, GraphQL APIs, and mentoring engineers.
- Extensive knowledge of AI processes and testing methodologies.
