Pharmacy Access Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end patient access case activities from prescription intake through treatment initiation.
• Apply pharmacy technician knowledge to support prescription intake, pharmacy triage, and coordination.
• Coordinate with specialty pharmacies, payors, and healthcare providers to resolve access barriers.

Requirements:

• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician licensure and 2+ years of pharmacy technician experience.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy workflows, prior authorization, and reimbursement processes.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently with attention to detail and accuracy.
