Application Support Specialist - AECOM Hunt (Remote)

Role Overview:

• You will provide technical support for the CMiC ERP platform used across AECOM Hunt's project, finance, and operations teams.
• This role combines frontline helpdesk support with deeper analytical work, including SQL querying and data validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide CMiC application support across multiple modules, diagnosing configuration issues, data anomalies, and workflow interruptions.
• Assist end users with navigation and business process questions, and manage user account lifecycles and permission structures.
• Support integrations with adjacent systems and document resolutions to build a structured knowledge base.
