User Access & Security Administration:

  • Create, modify, and deactivate CMiC user accounts per access controls.
  • Assign user roles and permissions aligned with job responsibilities.
  • Support periodic access reviews and audits.

End-User Support:

  • Provide first- and second-level CMiC support via ticketing system, email, phone, and screen-sharing.
  • Troubleshoot access issues including permissions, roles, and authentication.
  • Assist users with CMiC navigation and process questions.

Incident Management & Escalation:

  • Log, track, and manage support tickets through resolution.
  • Escalate and track issues to third-tier support or vendors.

Business Process & Application Support:

  • Support CMiC modules: Financials, Job Costing, Project Management, Procurement, Payroll.
  • Document common issues and resolutions for knowledge base.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
