User Access & Security Administration:
- Create, modify, and deactivate CMiC user accounts per access controls.
- Assign user roles and permissions aligned with job responsibilities.
- Support periodic access reviews and audits.
End-User Support:
- Provide first- and second-level CMiC support via ticketing system, email, phone, and screen-sharing.
- Troubleshoot access issues including permissions, roles, and authentication.
- Assist users with CMiC navigation and process questions.
Incident Management & Escalation:
- Log, track, and manage support tickets through resolution.
- Escalate and track issues to third-tier support or vendors.
Business Process & Application Support:
- Support CMiC modules: Financials, Job Costing, Project Management, Procurement, Payroll.
- Document common issues and resolutions for knowledge base.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
