- Align clients with wholesaler support models to ensure seamless engagement and service.
- Translate sales strategies into impactful, easy-to-use playbooks that simplify wellness and longevity planning.
- Partner with Behavioral Insurance team to support events and advance external training programs.
Service Infrastructure & Experience:
- Deliver white-glove service across the network, defining service metrics and staffing models.
- Partner with sales and people leaders to align support models.
- Enablement & Technology:
- Deploy and integrate enablement technologies including CRM, Seismic learning, JHINI, Vitality Pro, and AI tools.
- Ensure producers have access to turnkey resources (seminars, campaigns, presentations).
- Collaborate with dedicated trainers to ensure content aligns with network goals and producer needs.
