Job Description
As an API Implementation Onboarding Specialist, you'll ensure that Canopy Connect’s API customers launch with our product quickly and successfully. This position requires strong technical and communication skills. You will work with companies that range from small startups to large technology unicorns.
Lead end-to-end API onboarding and implementation for new customers, guiding technical teams through setup, testing, and go-live. Serve as primary post-sale contact for strategic enterprise accounts, managing cross-functional relationships across product, engineering, and executive teams. Develop a scalable customer success framework, including playbooks, onboarding workflows, and support processes. Act as an internal advocate for customer needs, providing structured feedback to product and engineering to inform roadmap priorities. Analyze usage data to identify expansion opportunities and ensure customers realize measurable value from Canopy Connect’s platform. Support contract renewals and growth initiatives in partnership with Sales, Engineering and Leadership.
