Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join Canto's Customer Success Team. The role will focus on supporting our North American customers to achieve their business goals with Canto. You will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, driving customer adoption of our product, and ensuring success for our customers through positive NPS and retention. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations. The CSM will provide tailored consultations and strategic guidance to help clients achieve their long-term business goals.
