Job Description

About the Role:

  • Support all aspects of the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to business reviews.
  • Requires strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ideal candidate has project management skills and customer success expertise.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Analyze customer engagement and platform usage to identify readiness gaps.
  • Prioritize and drive timely resolution of customer inquiries.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, partnership management, and/or project management
  • Experience navigating relationships with complex organizations with multiple levels of stakeholders and complex business processes
  • Experience analyzing data, trends, and client information to identify product or service growth opportunities
