Merchant KYB Analyst

About the Role:

• You will play a critical role in protecting our platform by ensuring every business we onboard meets compliance and risk standards.
• This is a highly analytical and investigative role focusing on Know Your Business reviews and merchant risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end KYB reviews, validate documentation, and verify UBOs and ownership structures.
• Perform adverse media, reputation, and open-source investigations to identify potential risks.
• Evaluate merchant business models and cross-reference third-party intelligence for discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in KYB, KYC, AML, merchant onboarding, or financial crime within a fintech or payments environment.
• Strong investigative skills using corporate registries, public records, and open-source intelligence.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
