This role leads a team of Area Sales Managers across a defined territory, with full ownership of sales strategy, execution, and team development. The Director of Sales will own and execute territory sales strategies aligned with company goals, leveraging market intelligence, team strengths, and growth opportunities. They will also lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Area Sales Managers with a strong focus on accountability, enablement, and results, driving a culture of performance, learning, and continuous improvement through real-time coaching and clear goal setting.
