You will be using platforms like ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Tanium, and others, to optimize the way customers operate. Responsibilities include building client relationships, managing key workstreams, documenting and optimizing business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing recommendations. You will get to lead organizational change management and support business development efforts. Mentoring junior team members and staying updated with industry trends are also aspects of this role.
