About the Role:
- We seek a pragmatic legal leader to partner with marketing, customer care, and technology teams.
- You will own IP, privacy, consumer protection, promotions, and commercial contracts while shaping legal infrastructure.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Review marketing content and advise on subscription commerce, influencer, FDA, and IP matters.
- Lead privacy compliance, support technology and AI governance, and negotiate commercial contracts.
What We Are Looking For:
- J.D., active bar membership, and 10+ years of legal experience preferred.
- Deep expertise in consumer protection, marketing regulations, subscription commerce, intellectual property, and privacy.
- Strong business judgment and communication skills for a fast-paced remote environment.
