Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via Zendesk, email, and chat, guiding customers through product setup and basic troubleshooting.
- Manage order processing in Shopify and internal systems, preparing invoices and maintaining accurate operational data across tools.
Qualifications:
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher and location in Ukraine are required, with 1–3 years in customer support or operations.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and Zendesk or similar platforms, along with strong written communication and attention to detail.
