Sales Operations Manager

Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, the Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting Synthesia’s growing sales teams, ensuring our sales motion is sufficiently productive and sales representatives are set up to succeed. The role will have a global remit and make a significant contribution to Synthesia’s continued growth. Responsibilities include partnering with GTM leaders to design territories, providing insight on sales productivity, and designing repeatable sales processes. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a GTM Operations function in a SaaS business, a strong understanding of SaaS sales dynamics, and experience with Salesforce, Clari, and Outreach. Must be highly numerical and analytical.
