Bookkeeper – High Net Worth Accounting Associate

Responsibilities:

• Record and classify financial account activity with high attention to detail.
• Handle reconciliations, reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
• Onboard new clients and maintain direct communication with family members, vendors, and advisors.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of accounting or bookkeeping for High Net Worth families.
• Familiarity with Trusts and Estates and various entity types.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online within the last 5 years.
