Job Description

Play a key role on the Sales Enablement team by helping new team members ramp quickly, strengthening the skills of tenured sellers, and ensuring everyone on the team is equipped to deliver an exceptional experience to every homeowner. As a trusted coach and sales expert, you’ll guide team members through onboarding and ongoing development, providing real-time feedback, customized coaching plans, and the support they need to succeed. You’ll be a trainer, motivator, and problem-solver who helps our team continuously raise the bar.

In your day-to-day, you’ll reinforce our sales process and ensure tools like Guru (our internal knowledge base), our Learning Management System (LMS), and the Hometap sales playbook become second nature to every Investment Manager. You’ll lead call reviews and shadowing sessions, update training materials, run role plays, and provide guidance on Salesforce and system best practices.
