Global Controller Americas

About the Role:

• You will take ownership of the close, books, and control environment for a global, remote-first company.
• You'll lead a team of ~7 across revenue, close, AP/AR, payroll, and treasury, partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Legal, IT, HR, and Engineering.

What You'll Do:

• Lead monthly and quarterly close, GL, AP/AR, payroll, and account reconciliations, delivering accurate US GAAP financials.
• Own revenue accounting and serve as technical accounting authority on subscription and usage-based revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Manage growth of the team, build a control framework, and drive automation across accounting systems.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leading a team through managers.
• Deep US GAAP mastery, particularly in ASC 606, and experience with external audits.
• Strong leadership, communication skills, and a track record of scaling an accounting function.
