Senior Product Manager for Visibility

You will be responsible for:

• Owning Doctor Success strategy and outcomes, including retention, churn, and zero-booking reduction.
• Owning ranking, relevance, and visibility logic for doctors and clinics in marketplace search.
• Owning paid visibility products like First Class and Media360, ensuring transparent ROI.

What will set you up for success in this role:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in digital consumer or marketplace products.
• Exceptionally data-driven with fluent SQL and ability to translate business logic into ranking logic.
• Deep understanding of customer economics: churn, retention, ARPU, and lifetime value.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with search, ranking, or recommendation systems.
• Experience with pricing, monetization, or visibility products in a marketplace.
• Background in healthcare, healthtech, or patient-engagement products.
