Job Description
As the Regional Sales Leader, you will serve as the key interface with the assigned customers on the East Coast region and effectively manage interactions across the full range of products and services. Integrate with the technical support team including contracts, finance, product support and others in the implementation of customer strategies.
Accountable for the comprehensive account management of assigned customers and business growth across a broad product and service portfolio consisting of new and modernized locomotives, Locomotive & Freight Car components, Maintenance Service, Digital Solutions, including knowledge of Wabtec's RailConnect software and Infrastructure.
Be responsible for business and sales growth leadership for the Wabtec product portfolio for your Key Accounts. Develop marketing, sales and strategic business plans and be responsible for delivering revenue commitments. Develop influential and effective relationships at all levels of the customer's organization and develop strategies to win business. Integrate technical support team in the implementation of customer strategies and develop customer strategies, campaign plans, and leadership in their execution.
