Job Description

The Solution Sales Manager will oversee market success of ServiceNow's CRM products. These products are built on our market leading Service Management platform and create a single source of truth that allows enterprise processes to execute with uniform information. The Solution Sales Manager supports the strategy and solution win for specialty solution areas across a National Territory of Higher Education Customers. Responsibilities can include supporting the US Higher Ed territory strategy, providing input to Account Executives, supporting customers in envisioning digital transformation value, and coaching AEs with specialty solution area knowledge. The role involves customizing time allocation and championing diversity.
