Primary Duties:
- Implement ACO initiatives and support wellness visits, transitions of care, and active management to meet practice goals.
- Assist in training office staff and providers on processes and technologies, and assess training needs.
- Listen to practice concerns and relay information to improve performance and quality.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a resident of South Carolina.
- Graduate of an accredited college or university.
- 4-6 years of significant work experience in medical practice management or equivalent administrative experience.
Preferred KSA's:
- Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, project management, and team-building skills.
- Familiarity with process mapping and work-flow analysis tools.
- Excellent computer skills and willingness to learn additional software.
