Primary Duties:
- Provide direct practice support, onboarding practices to Aledade, coaching on technologies, and leading initiatives to meet practice transformation goals.
- Support markets with staffing capacity for new and existing practices.
- Ensure practices meet goals outlined in Practice Transformation Plans.
Training and Development:
- Assist in training office staff and physicians on processes and technologies.
- Provide continual assessment of practice training needs.
- Develop lasting relationships with physicians and providers to enhance financial and quality performance.
Customer Success:
- Listen to practice concerns and relay information to managers.
- Identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build relationships with healthcare system executives to support performance metrics.
