Responsibilities:
- Architect and evolve the finance systems strategy to bridge technical design and global business strategy, building a leading-edge digital ecosystem.
- Drive end-to-end digital transformation of workflows, acting as the finance systems product owner to reduce manual work and enhance data accuracy.
- Proactively manage risks associated with ERP architecture and data integrity, ensuring system evolutions do not disrupt critical financial activities.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead a small ERP systems team and collaborate with senior leaders across IT, HR, Fundraising, and Security to execute system policies and controls.
- Navigate organizational shifts by influencing senior leadership and stakeholders to adopt new technologies and process changes.
- Define adoption and success metrics for financial systems while managing the budget for cost efficiency.
Technical Expertise:
- Design and govern multi-tenant cloud enterprise architectures, managing data flows and APIs between SaaS systems and data warehousing.
- Hands-on experience designing data pipelines to consolidate disparate data in end-to-end financial workflows using ERP systems like Sage Intacct.
- Define integration strategy with knowledge of patterns like JSON/XML and REST/SOAP, and map audit frameworks to system configurations.
