Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with and selling through our Health Plan partnerships, influencing their sales and account teams and ultimately adding more clients and patients to Virta. You will have the opportunity to execute our commercialization efforts and capitalize on the national buy-in Virta is receiving for our industry-changing and life-improving work with diabetes reversal. More specifically you will: - Manage the sales strategy for a book of Health Plan business, maintaining collaboration on co-selling opportunities and tracking KPIs to demonstrate success - Foster Health Plan ASO Partnership relationships and drive Virta awareness within their organization (promote Virta’s latest studies, accomplishments, news cycles) - Empower the Health Plan sales teams to sell Virta (Provide regular training, sales enablement and marketing materials) - Establish regular touchpoints with the Health Plan’s sales leaders (plan team trainings, 1:1s, in person events) - Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Virta to our key Health Plan contacts for education, content, marketing, legal, and Q&A - Work closely with Vitra’s Health Plan Sales and Customer Success team members to provide feedback and expose potential service expansions to better meet the needs of our clients
