In this key strategic position, you will be responsible for marketplace sales in several European countries. You will shape a clear assortment strategy, implement it, work closely with the Country Heads, and manage sales and profit targets. You will lead a sales and account management team of around 10 people, ensuring the continuous development of our marketplace business. You are responsible for currently four, in the future more countries.
Your tasks include collaborating with Country Heads to optimize the marketplace strategy, monitoring market & competition to identify optimization potential, automating pre- and after-sales, ensuring compliance with marketplace guidelines, and building relationships.
