Job Description

Innovation Strategy & Portfolio Leadership:

Define the enterprise innovation strategy, with Experian Health's growth priorities and long-term vision
Build and manage a balanced innovation portfolio (incremental, adjacent, and transformational plans)
Identify latest healthcare trends, technologies, and regulatory shifts to inform innovation roadmaps

New Product & Capability Development:

Lead discovery, incubation, and validation of new product concepts, platforms, and partnerships
Partner with Product and Engineering to transition successful pilots into scalable, commercial solutions
Champion human-centered design, rapid prototyping, and experimentation

Culture, Governance & Metrics:

Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Establish innovation governance, funding models, and success metrics
Track Return on investment, adoption, and effect of innovation and communicate progress to executive leadership
