Sales Strategy:

  • Execute the go-to-market strategy for Brazil, aligned with LATAM objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities and accelerate plans with tier-1 financial institutions.
  • Build and execute a business plan to meet year-over-year sales goals.

Client Relations:

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders in financial institutions.
  • Drive new business and upsell opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Leadership and Management:

  • Lead the sales team in complex contract negotiations.
  • Own the sales pipeline for Brazil, focusing on Tier-1 banks and strategic accounts.
  • Deep understanding of the Brazilian banking ecosystem and regulatory landscape.
