• Accelerate experimentation velocity, and forecast and track impact.

Funnel Improvement & Playbooks:

• Identify friction across the PLG → SLG funnel and drive cross-functional fixes.
• Build high-leverage playbooks for scaling new products, features, and enterprise motions.
