Job Description

Manage Inbound/Outbound: Manage inbound lead flow and execute outbound prospecting initiatives, leverage teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities, execute touches on leads using Outreach.io.

Account Engagement: Conduct high-level discovery conversations in target accounts, use business and industry knowledge to research accounts and identify key players, generate interest, and identify opportunities.

Target Achievement & Collaboration: Meet or exceed BDR sourced Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) volume targets, collaborate with Digital Marketing to develop targeted marketing tactics against assigned target accounts, share innovative ideas and refine BDR strategies.
