Product Director, Direct Mail

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead cross-functional Direct Mail capability projects, define specifications, and develop project plans with performance indicators.
• Cultivate relationships with internal leadership, print vendors, and postal partners to influence complex capability decisions.
• Report updates to stakeholders and ensure effective communication across all organizational levels.

FINANCIAL AND STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct financial analyses to assess product viability and develop business cases with pricing models.
• Collaborate with finance to track channel P&L, mitigate risks, and optimize postal and production cost strategies.
• Monitor revenue performance, analyze sales pipeline trends, and refine monetization models for margin growth.

MARKET DELIVERY AND INNOVATION:

• Lead go-to-market processes for capability launches, including operational documentation, pricing strategy, and sales enablement.
• Evaluate product ideas and enhancement opportunities to ensure differentiated solutions that meet customer demand.
• Partner with legal and compliance teams to navigate regulatory landscapes and foster responsible financial innovation.
