Senior Engineering Manager

Our Engineering leaders develop and grow high-performing teams that deliver significant value to our customers and enable our business to scale. Our product integrates deeply with the services that present security risk to a company, pulls and analyzes data from those sources, and surfaces potential security threats to our customers in real time with guidance to remediate them. You’ll be responsible for setting strategy, for leading your team to deliver results consistently and sustainably, for growing and developing talented engineers, and for cultivating a healthy, results-driven culture on your team. What you’ll do is drive significant impact for our customers and business by leading teams to deliver results consistently and sustainably. You will also build a best-in-class engineering team while coaching, mentoring and creating an environment where your team can do their best work and deliver for the business.
