About the Role:
- This is a leadership position within the Lifecycle Marketing team, owning the end-to-end user journey for B2B managed accounts.
- You will drive pipeline generation, account onboarding, product engagement, and renewal readiness across Superhuman's enterprise products.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable programs that move key metrics at every stage of the managed funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of three, providing campaign support, performance coaching, and career development.
- Develop and optimize demand campaigns targeting senior decision-makers using email, in-product messaging, and behavioral data.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Onboarding to design retention programs and prevent churn.
Qualifications & Culture:
- 10+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing with significant B2B experience.
- Proven track record in building full-funnel programs with measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Hands-on with email platforms (Iterable preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce); strong analytical skills.
