Role Overview:

  • You will help build and scale marketing strategies that enhance the full customer experience journey, from growth to advocacy.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create connected customer communications and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop lifecycle marketing strategies across onboarding, engagement, renewal, and retention.
  • Manage campaigns, nurture programs, and customer engagement initiatives with strong operational rigor.
  • Align with stakeholders to ensure timely, customer-focused messaging and track performance metrics.
