Operations Specialist

Your Role:

• Place the right teachers in the right classrooms and work with school leaders.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and operate with grace to fill daily assignments.
• Build rapport over the phone and set firm expectations with teachers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure 100% of classrooms have a strong teacher using an absence management system.
• Prioritize tasks daily and pivot quickly to meet ever-changing school needs.
• Act as the main liaison between schools, guest teachers, and Kokua.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience teaching or working with students strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and people skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
