Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for current parents and students.
- Respond to parent and student inquiries regarding courses and learning progress.
- Handle urgent or complex cases with strong ownership.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, customer success, or education support.
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work Hours:
- Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm PST
- Sat/Sun: 8pm-5pm PST
- Candidates who are available Fri-Sun will be given priority
