Job Description

Following the successful launch of 1Password Extended Access Management and a surge in partner interest, we are expanding our channel efforts to meet growing demand. We’re seeking a dynamic Director, Channel Marketing to lead the next phase of our global channel strategy. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader who can define scalable partner programs, lead cross-functional alignment, and own the results. You’ll work closely with the GTM Partnerships team, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing to deliver impactful initiatives that drive partner-sourced pipeline and ARR. You are relationship-oriented, operationally strong, and excited to roll up your sleeves to drive results. You bring the experience and executive presence needed to make 1Password a channel-first organization. This role involves leading the global channel marketing strategy, building and executing partner marketing programs, defining the partner enablement strategy, and managing co-marketing campaigns.
