Job Description
As a Benefits Program Lead, you will be responsible for Client Success & Escalations by providing guidance on statutory vs. market-standard benefits, resolving issues, and maintaining benefits resources. You will also manage Global Plan Administration for enrollments, terminations, and deductions, aiming for low error rates. Further responsibilities include Renewals & Vendor/Broker Management, New Country Benefit Installs by scoping eligibility and coordinating with brokers, and Automation & Data Flow by identifying inefficiencies. Finally, the role includes Vendor Billing & Finance Interface by auditing invoices, Process Documentation & Enablement to keep SOPs updated, and Analytics & Insights by building dashboards to show trends and utilization.
