- Strong UX intuition and ability to balance diverse user needs.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base pay ranges from $264,600 to $345,450 depending on pay zone.
- Eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
