Lead the charge in creating an exceptional employee experience at Oura. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee our SaaSOps lifecycle, productivity platforms, and access automation strategy, ensuring our collaboration and SaaS platforms are secure, integrated, and delivering measurable value. This leadership position is crucial for enabling a seamless and effective employee technology experience, ultimately empowering our team members to do their best work through strategic vendor partnerships and continuous operational excellence. Own and manage the full lifecycle governance of ŌURA’s SaaS platforms and collaboration tools, from intake and onboarding to deprecation, ensuring each aligns with the company’s identity architecture and role-based access standards. Lead vendor engagement, owning the relationship with Workplace Technology SaaS vendors, ensuring applications are budgeted for change and renewals are timely. Support and contribute to ongoing governance for SaaS and collaboration tools.
