Figment is seeking a Director of Product Marketing - Sales Enablement to craft compelling narratives that showcase Figmentβs differentiation with institutional audiences globally. This role requires someone who can break down complex product concepts into buyer-relevant messaging, translate customer insights into scalable go-to-market materials, and write sales pitches that resonate with financial institutions.
The Director will develop differentiated messaging and value propositions for Figment's staking infrastructure. They will create product narratives tailored to specific Buyer Groups and write compelling pitch decks and sales collateral for new offerings. Close collaboration with Sales, RevOps, Partner Marketing, Product, Protocol, and Engineering teams is essential.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or sales engineering, ideally in crypto, fintech, or infrastructure. A deep understanding of staking and experience working with institutional customers are key. The US base salary range for this position is USD $190,000 - $215,000.
