Role Overview:

  • You will own the full marketing funnel as the Head of Marketing at Manifest, driving brand awareness and pipeline generation in the cybersecurity space.
  • You inherit a working playbook and agency partners, and are expected to sharpen and execute with high ownership.
  • You report to the CRO and are measured on qualified pipeline, marketing spend ROI, and brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own positioning, messaging, product marketing, and GTM feedback loop across federal, enterprise, and regulated verticals.
  • Drive demand generation through outbound, web, social, and events, without a BDR team, using agencies and offshore help for leverage.
  • Manage analyst relations, executive brand, and investor awareness to build category presence.

What You Bring:

  • 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience with a track record of owning both brand and demand in cybersecurity.
  • Hands-on skills in content creation, deck building, and event execution, plus fluency in AI-accelerated workflows.
  • Pipeline accountability, budget rigor, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
